Visitor
parking requires a visitors parking pass which are available at the office
during regular business hours. The new office hours are 7:30
a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday, closed on weekends and holidays.

The strata council would like to advise
all residents that installation work replacing the alley level, garage gate will
begin on Monday March 7, 2005. We anticipate that the work will be completed
within the week and that residents will be minimally inconvenienced.

Effective immediately, the rental cost for the Mondrian II guest suite will be
reduced to $50.00 per night plus a $25.00 cleaning charge. To book guest
suites, please
contact Jack Warwick, the resident manager at 604-669-1879.

advised that elevator tiles are scheduled to be replaced in Mondrian I and
Mondrian II from
February 8 to February 11. Delays in elevator service are anticipated. We
apologize for
the inconvenience.

The Mondrian website is up and running.

The Strata council is currently negotiating with suppliers to replace the current garage gate and anticipates a replacement in the very near future.
|
|
|
|
In light of the recent power failures, a complete electrical system check was
undertaken, adjustments have been made and we are closely monitoring the
system.
